Steps of Preparation
To make the dough,
· mix the herbal wheat powder with 3 drops of Zinda Tilismath and required quantity of water. Knead well. The amount of water needed will vary. So start with 1/3 cup and then drip water little by little so that the dough is not too soft. Now roll into a ball and keep it covered with a soft cloth.
· Uncover after 15 minutes, add Anoo’s Ayurvedic Oil and knead till dough is non-flaky and soft enough to roll easily.
· When your client arrives, ask him/her to lie face up.
· Take the massage oil and spread it evenly over the body.
· Now roll the dough over the muscles using the techniques in the video.
· Exert pressure as per the client’s comfort levels.
· Remember to first massage each area with oil and then only, with dough.
· Ask the client to flip over and massage legs and back.
· Massage the bottoms if the client desires.
· Continue massaging till the dough absorbs all oil traces.
· The complete procedure can last for either 60 or 90 minutes
· Your client will now feel completely relaxed and at ease.
· If your client opts for a facial massage, start the body massage face down. (Charge extra for the treatment.)
· Do not apply on wounds/cuts/abrasions
